What is the Future Ready Initiative?

  • It is not just about technology - technology is just a tool within future ready

  • It is more about school improvement - Evaluating current practices and determining if they match our vision for what learners need. 

  • There will be a lot of team building and culture work embedded into it - which last year (2016-2017) we identified was a need in our district

  • Incorporates the model for complex change - vision work, sharing of resources, developing skills, offering incentives and eventually getting to action plans.
