Route 24, a major throughfare through the IB district, is home to several industrial companies including: Caterpillar Foundry, CF Industries, Chemtura, Evonik, Lonza, Ingredion, and more.
The Mapleton Community Advisory Panel was created to facilitate communication between the residents of Mapleton and the industries.
